App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

The majority of the time, the app is great. I'm giving it 3 stars only because it has 2 very serious flaws. First, every now and again, I will open the app ALREADY ON THE TRAIN and it will say I have no tickets! HUGE problem. Second, I will be buying advance tickets for future trips and the app will suddenly fail to process a payment, with no message other than "please try again later." I have to go into my computer to finish buying tickets. If these issues did not exist, I'd rate it 5 stars.

It does what it needs to do. The only feature missing is the ability to create a simple printout of your itinerary to send to someone else. I frequently (always?) want to let the person I am meeting know my train number and planned arrival time so it would be handy to have it generate a text message with that. Weird how Guest Rewards sends you out of the app into the website and then tells you you should download the app. I was just there and they sent me here! lol
